1-Damage to the device or related equipment due to power fluctuations or natural and man-made events such as floods, fire, earthquakes, etc., or any physical tampering or damage to the device in any way.

2-Burning or any physical damage to the printed circuit board, wires, connections, components, or sensor cover caused by fire or any other incident by the buyer.

3-Improper use of the device and failure to follow safety and installation requirements (e.g., connecting unauthorized voltage, connecting voltage-carrying wires to data wires, water entering the sensor cover, connecting data wires to each other).

4-Opening the device casing or any damage to the device warranty label, including tampering, tearing, or similar.
